Work safety & health
To promote health, we focus on physical activity. All our employees have the option to be provided with a job bike. This helps us to reduce the number of car journeys to work as well!
In order to prevent accidents at work and especially for safe handling of chemical substances, personal safety equipment is available to all our employees.
Office workplaces are equipped according to individual requirements (e.g. heightened screens, sufficient lighting and ergonomic systems).
Water, coffee and a weekly meal are available to our employees free of charge.
Compatibility of work and family
Family is part of our everyday working life. We support the compatibility of work and family by individually adjusting working hours and finding solutions “on short notice” when things have to be done quickly. We are also expanding our mobile office offering to enable even more flexible working.
Sense of responsibility and advancement
We promote our employees’ sense of responsibility towards themselves, their colleagues and the company. Short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies enable employees to work independently.
If necessary, all employees have the opportunity for further training and education. Internal workshops on various topics (subject-related and interdisciplinary) are currently becoming more integrated.
Open communication
- Upcoming changes and plans are presented in regular meetings and the team’s opinions and suggestions are sought.
- Suggestions for improvement are gladly and (if possible) directly implemented.
- Team events and company excursions contribute to open communication, also outside the working context.
