Our goal: to create an attractive, supportive and fair working environment!

- We focus on exercise to promote health. All our employees are provided with a job bike on request. This also reduces the number of car journeys to work!
- To avoid accidents at work and to ensure safe handling of chemical substances, all our employees are provided with protective equipment.
- Office workstations are equipped according to individual requirements (e.g. raised screens, sufficient lighting and ergonomic systems).
- We provide our employees with water, coffee and a weekly communal meal free of charge.
Compatibility of career and family
Family is part of our everyday working life. We support the compatibility of work and family life by individually adapting working hours and providing “shortcut” solutions when things need to be done quickly.
We are also expanding our mobile office options to enable even more flexible working.
Sense of responsibility and further development
We encourage our employees to take responsibility for themselves, their colleagues and the company. Short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies enable employees to work independently.
If required, all employees have the opportunity for further and advanced training. Internal workshops on various topics (specialist and interdisciplinary) are also being integrated more and more.
Open communication
- Upcoming changes and projects are presented at regular meetings and the opinions and suggestions of the team are sought.
- Suggestions for improvement are gladly and (if possible) directly implemented.
- Team events and company outings contribute to open communication, even outside the work context.
