Custom-built trailers, box bodies and vehicle conversions.

Our trailers are based on an individually constructed and fully galvanized frame. We use sandwich elements with a non-swelling plastic insert made of multi-tec as side walls, which also have excellent insulating properties and a tear-out strength of 50 kg. Our standard trailers are available in lengths of 4,000 and 4,800 mm x width 2,200 x height 2,136 mm (internal dimensions) and a permissible total weight of up to 3,500 kg.

The panel van offers enough storage space for everything you need for rehabilitation in DN areas up to DN 200, yet the body is as small and maneuverable as possible.

Thanks to the extra height of our preferred models (Ford Transit 350 L3; others also available on request), you and your team can still stand normally. A workplace where you feel comfortable!

Our standard in-house vehicle is equipped with the following components, among others:

Workbench with 4 drawers, 3 substructures, a substructure for the parking heater incl. storage compartments, 4 storage devices for e.g. air push rods and 6 retaining brackets for the inliner hoses.
The other side is equipped with further storage compartments (open and tray) and a holder for the Bodenbender EasyShoot .
Various fastening points and lashing rails round off the whole thing.

We are happy to equip the vehicle with an independent battery and/or solar panel to enable self-sufficient working.
