Milling and cleaning machines
Since 2017, we have been the exclusive sales partner of RENSSI® Drain Cleaning Equipment from Finland. The company, based near Turku, specializes in the development and manufacture of milling and pipe cleaning equipment. The partnership has developed primarily through the philosophies of both companies: The customer should be offered materials and machines that are easy to use and of high quality.
The products fit seamlessly into our in-house sewer rehabilitation portfolio.
RCM - Milling & cleaning machines
RENSSI® machines are particularly suitable for cleaning pipes from DN 50 to DN 200 – including plastic pipes. Bends can be negotiated without any problems.
The RCM models are also designed for milling inliners and Point-Liners®: Inlets can be opened and failed renovations removed.
The advantage:
- Very economical due to the comparatively low acquisition costs compared to the very high efficiency
- High rotational speed (up to 3,000 rpm) reduces working time and overcomes almost any obstacle
- If there is too much resistance at an obstacle, the adjustable clutch on the machine drive also spins to prevent the spiral from breaking
- Low maintenance and servicing costs
- Spiral casing prevents direct contact between the rotating spiral and the tube wall, which extends the service life of the spiral
- Thanks to the nylon-sheathed spiral, a camera can be slid directly behind it to monitor the work
- Extensive range of accessories available
- RENSSI® accessories are also compatible with machines from other manufacturers
RCM-10
The RCM-10 is a very lightweight machine and can therefore be transported anywhere.
Chain slingers, brushes and milling heads can be used with the machine depending on requirements.

RCM-25
The RCM-25 is the next largest milling and cleaning machine after the RCM-10.
It is equipped with wheels for continued easy transportation.
Two different spiral sizes can be used.
Chain slingers, brushes and milling heads can be used with the machine as required.

RCM PLUS SERIES
What does the plus stand for? For more spiral length!
Both the RCM-8-PLUS and the RCM-10-PLUS are as handy as the standard RCM-10, but are available with a 25 m spiral.
The PLUS models also have plenty of power with 3,000 revolutions per minute.
Chain slingers, brushes and milling heads can be used with the machine as required.
