The double-layer fabric calibration system is designed in its original version for temperatures up to 150 °C and has proven itself even under demanding conditions. It is suitable for installation with closed and open ends.
Our customized version for LED & UV curing is less heat-resistant, but permeable to up to 95% of the light spectrum of modern light-based curing systems.

AIRBAGLINER®
The original in the field of pipe lining.
- Ultra-thin & flexible - this makes it extremely bendable
- Temperature resistant up to 150°C and pressure resistant up to at least 1.5 bar
- No risk of tearing and can usually be reused more than 10 times
- Thanks to its silicone coating, it is suitable for hot water, steam, electrical curing, but also LED/UV.

AIRBAGLINER® LED & UV
The more translucent version.
- Ultra-thin & flexible—just like the original
- Translucent for up to 95% of the light spectrum used by common LED/UV systems

- Not suitable for curing with hot water, steam, or electric curing

PVC film works well in bends, but is not suitable for steam curing and the high temperatures associated with it.
