EasyShoot in the endurance test and use of our EasyCures - 3 refurbishments in the shortest possible time
“6:45 a.m. – Start in Lübeck. The plan was to renovate 2 ventilation ducts…
However, when we arrived at the construction site, it turned out that more renovation work was needed than originally specified; the distance between the individual renovation objects was also greater than expected.
Plan A was therefore scrapped and plan B was initiated: Our customer drove back to the company and packed more tools and resin.
In the meantime, we started preparations on site: Measuring the route, preparing the AIRBAGLINER® and transporting the material to the first loft.
As soon as the additional tools and resin were available, we got started:
The 1 m EasyShoot was used to install the liner (soaked in Pox 25) in the first position. The AIRBAGLINER® was then installed with the 1.5 m EasyShoot. Finally, we installed the system with the small EasyCure nozzle and allowed it to cure cold.
We installed the second section – a few meters next to the first – in exactly the same way, but with the difference that we initiated the curing process here using EasyCure.
While the first two sections were curing, we moved on to the second renovation project and made the corresponding preparations here too.
Here, too, we first used the 1 m EasyShoot, then the 1.5 m – and the EasyCure, including plugs.
By now it was 12:30 p.m. and the EasyCure could be removed from the first house and the cold curing was also completed, so that everything could be dismantled and packed up again.
At around 1:30 p.m., the 3rd stance was also fully cured and another hour later we were able to leave the finished construction site clean.
3 easy renovations also…. That’s how it should be.” 🙂
Until next time,
Your Andreas
