Sewer and pipe rehabilitation as such are very sustainable methods in the field of infrastructure / civil engineering. Rehabilitations with our system solutions are designed for a period of several decades and prevent a significantly more resource-intensive renewal of the affected pipes.
Product improvements
Chemical substances and various synthetic materials are part of our work. Wherever possible, we therefore try to replace ingredients that are on negative lists in terms of their health and environmental compatibility with more compatible substances. One of our product lines, the inliner hoses, is also equipped with a layer of recycled PET.
Process optimization
Part of our work involves operating in a wide variety of locations – primarily within Germany, and, in some cases, worldwide. Through good planning, we always try to reduce travel expenses and combine different appointments.
We also continue to try to reduce expenses in our product and material logistics. The biggest progress in this area so far has been the opening of our location in Switzerland (Bodenbender (Schweiz) AG):
Thus, we save about 50% of the transport routes and the accompanying environmental pollution.
