Preserving biodiversity

Since 2019, a bee colony of around 50,000 bees is living on our premises, which is regularly looked after by a beekeeper. On the one hand, we would like to contribute to slowing down the decline of the insect population, and on the other hand, we would like to promote the preservation of biodiversity. Bees serve as pollinators for wild plants and contribute to their reproduction – this also has positive effects on the soil and the air. In addition, they also pollinate crops, which has a long-term impact on the world’s food stock.

Resource conservation

Our halls and office building are equipped with an intelligent lighting system – the luminaires adapt to the natural lighting conditions (intensity of daylight) and react to movement. In this way, we prevent unnecessary energy wastage and prevent heavy strain to the eyes of our employees by always providing optimal lighting.

Sustainability is not a one-off issue for us. We are in a constant process of further development:

We are currently testing recyclable packaging solutions for small products in order to be able to switch our packaging materials to non-chemical substances.
